You will always deal directly with a principal of the firm. We conduct management and development audits to create job descriptions, goals and objectives necessary to identify appropriate candidates.

Should you hire a person who leaves your employ for any reason within a six-month period, we guarantee to re-institute the search without additional fee.
Once the candidate has begun work at your organization, we will counsel the organization for six months to assure a smooth integration of the candidate into your organization; also at no additional cost to you.
